Pelham & Junior – Midsummer Dream
The Summer season isn’t just for heavy trap bangers & Pop hits, but it also makes way for laid back Soul/R&B vibes for us to listen to as well. More specifically, a branch of Soul that provides some hints of vintage/experimental feels while still maintaining some sense of 90’s nostalgia. In addition, these are sounds commonly sampled by the underground Hip-Hop community who like to “rework” and “remix” newer sounds as well.
Our latest sample pack, Mid Summer Dream is a combination of the aforementioned feels. It can be classified as Avant Soul/R&B. We captured the inspiration from the likes of SZA, Solange, Iman Europe, Snoh Aalegra and more. In this pack you can find dreamy Rhodes & Piano textures, heart felt synth & electric bass, vintage synth leads and melodies. Also, we added complementing vocals on every track that were performed by the R&B artist and Charlotte NC’s hometown gem, Autumn Rainwater.
This pack comes with 12 mini compositions WITH THEIR STEMS. All of them can be chopped and replayed or dragged and dropped right into your DAW.
